Management Team

The principles under which LMI was established are a direct result of the "lessons learned" from our COMDEX experience.   Hal was instrumental in putting "InternetWorld Conference & Exposition" on the map domestically and internationally.  First by expanding IW into Boston, San Jose and New York.  Then by licensing "InternetWorld" and the magazine in 18 countries within a 16 month period.  Tradeshow Week  was characterized "IW" as the "fastest growing tradeshow in the history of the tradeshow industry".  LMI expertise has been retained by Gartner Research among others. LMI reorganized Gartner's Tokyo, Japan operation and set up a general sales agent network in support of the SymposiumITXpo and the hiring of a new GM.... Vision Events benefited from LMI project management by expanding sales  into Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and Singapore.....  IDGWorldExpo expanded its product offerings when LMI licensed its LinuxWorld Expo and BioITExpo into Korea.  Other examples of client success stories include the global expansion of Yankee Group Research, DCI, Jupitermedia, CMP.  Additional clients include, the World Trade Center-Boston, IBM and Microsoft and the Venetian Resort and Convention Center, Macau (SAR) China.  Countries where LMI has successfully formed and managed  strategic alliances include: Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, India, Australia, UK, France, Germany, The Czech Republic, Israel, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.
